Loop PT Makuta Loka Sampurna
The platform

Loop

Loop is the operations platform we built for ourselves. It collects what every marketplace and ad platform reports, reconciles it into one revenue picture per brand, and puts that in front of the people making budget decisions the same morning.

Modules

What it covers

Performance

Ad spend, orders, GMV and return on ad spend by advertiser, campaign, ad group, ad and creative — pulled daily from the ad platforms and matched against marketplace revenue.

Run rate

Month-to-date revenue against target, per brand and per storefront, so a shortfall is visible with weeks left to act on it rather than after the books close.

Monitoring

Live view of storefront and campaign health, with alerts when spend pacing, stock, or performance drifts outside the range a brand agreed to.

Creative

Every video and image tied back to the campaigns that ran it and the revenue it produced, so creative decisions are made on results rather than impressions.

Affiliate and creator

Creator collaborations, sample seeding and commission performance tracked alongside paid media, because on TikTok Shop the two are the same funnel.

Automation

The scheduled collection, reconciliation and reporting jobs that keep all of the above current without a person exporting spreadsheets every morning.

How data reaches Loop

Authorized, first-party, daily

Loop reads from accounts our clients own and have authorized us to operate. Nothing is scraped from other advertisers, and no data is bought from third parties.

  • Advertising platforms — performance metrics retrieved through each platform's official reporting API, using access the account owner granted
  • Marketplaces — order and revenue data from the seller accounts we operate for the brand
  • Refreshed daily — collection runs on a schedule; figures are dated and reconciled rather than estimated
Security

Separation by default

  • Per-brand isolation — each client's data is scoped to their own accounts; users see only the brands they are entitled to
  • Access control — authenticated accounts with role-based permissions, no shared logins for client-facing views
  • Credential handling — platform tokens are stored as encrypted secrets, never in the application database or in reports
  • Revocable — a client can withdraw authorization at any time, and collection for their accounts stops

Want to see it against your own numbers?

We can walk through Loop using one of your storefronts and show you what the first week of reporting would look like.
