We report what happened
Reporting is reconciled against marketplace settlement, not just platform-attributed numbers. When a month is worse than the last one, the report says so.
An Indonesian company that operates the commercial side of e-commerce for consumer brands — the storefronts, the advertising accounts, and the reporting that tells everyone whether it worked.
Most consumer brands in Indonesia sell across four marketplaces at once, advertise on at least two platforms, and work with creators on top of that. Each of those surfaces reports its own numbers in its own format, on its own schedule. Nobody sees the whole picture, and budget decisions get made on the last export somebody happened to pull.
We take that work on. We run the storefronts and the ad accounts a brand authorizes us to access, and we report the results back in one consolidated view — daily, at the level of detail where decisions actually get made.
To do that at any scale we had to build our own tooling, which became Loop. It is not a product we sell; it is how we work, and our clients get access to the parts that cover their own accounts.

We operate inside your advertising and seller accounts under access you grant and can withdraw. We do not take ownership of a brand's accounts, assets or audiences.
Performance data is kept per brand, used to run your accounts, and never sold, pooled with other clients, or shared with third parties.
